2. Issuance of proforma invoice with loading time and daily delivery amount by this group (seller)
3. Settlement is done in two ways:
A- Full settlement at the time of validity of the proforma invoice
B- 30% cash and the rest is settled at the time of loading.

Difference between method A and B:
In settlement method A, the price is fixed until the end of cargo delivery, and in method B, the price at the time of loading is the criterion
